ABOUT THE SEASIDE LE MANS

The Davenport Companies of South Yarmouth, MA, developed the idea for the Seaside Le Mans following a corporate team-building exercise at the F1 Boston indoor kart racing facility in Braintree, MA. Participants had such a good time at the meetings that company management decided an outdoor kart race would be a fun and unique approach to fundraising on Cape Cod.

The Davenport Companies covers the entire cost of operating and promoting the event, while local businesses sponsor teams of drivers. Thanks to the support of dozens of sponsors, volunteers and contributors, the previous years of the Seaside Le Mans races have generated well over $2 million for worthy local organizations, including:
